    Tenshock mini hydro gen2

Hello I just got a Tenshock mini Hydro Gen 2 and this little guy will fly , I love it. I ran it in some rough water a few days ago and it never did flip. My question is I own a mini Hydro Gen 1 and put a turn fin on it to keep it down in the turns and it works great and fast, is there any reason for a turn fin on the gen 2 hydro and do most guys put on on it. I am not sure now as it ran good in the turns but might be better with one on. I am running 3 cells, 2200 battery just like in the gen 2 hydro. any suggestions guys? thanks Brian

If you can run it without it then you don't need it. It just adds more weight and it's just another thing that will drag in the water!

The only difference between Gen 1 and Gen 2 is the motor and ESC. The hull is the same. If you are happy with your new boat, leave it alone but it definitely will corner better with the turn fin.
