    I don't have the prototype anymore but IIRC the CG should just about dead center of the bottom of the turn fin.

        Don't own a mini but I do have a 21 and a 12, do these ones not also have a 60/40 balance? 60% on the sponsons 40% on the ski? That's how mine are set up and run great, of course bigger boats so it may not work the same.
        If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

          Mine didn't have much room for adjusting the weight with the battery (3s), the esc was squeezed on top and barely got the hatch on. But it runs great I didn't touch a thing, except for reinforcing the rudder mount after doing too many doughnuts.
          Do you have any pics?

            You can adjust the battery two ways;

            1. Move it forward or back in the little room there is.
            2. Turn it at an angle where it sits, meaning angle it to the right if looking from the back of the boat, or to the left if looking from the front on the boat.

            Hope that helps.
