    Wanting to get a mini/micro

So I've gotten the urge to get/build a mini/micro, been looking at the Mis geico 17, impulse 17, aqua craft mini mono, what else is out there in that size range? Would like a cat over a mono. But if I find the right mono I'd take one!

I saw that, not wanting to buy anything just yet, looking to get some opinion and ideas first.

Get a Micro Hydro from www.minicatracingusa.com. Those little hydros are wicked fun to run. I have two of them a Carbon Fiber and a fiberglass version. You won't be disappointed.

The hydros like calmer water, the mono your refering to was the Velocity. You can still get this boat from Joysway, its known as the Offshore Warrior mk11.

A DF23 is a very nice hull to build. More of a mini than micro but, damn stable and very nice top speeds for not too much $$.
The Mini Cyberstorm is cool too and smaller.
Steve sells them at OSE: DF23

I really like the offshore warrior joysway and the mini cat they have, just checked it out! Alittle pricey for a screw around boat to take on vacations and small ponds, wish I could find a used one somewhere

Do you need a RTR or are you OK building or fitting out? All you mentioned are RTR and most of the suggestions too, but if you are willing to put some work in you will have more choices available to you.
