Looking for Mini Mono ESC Upgrade

I am looking for a new ESC for my Mini Mono that not only fits but works well. Running stock motor and battery. Any pic's would be appreciated. P.S. stock one is garbage.

http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...ker-seaking-35, you are the second member this week having trouble. I personally think the out runner would be happy with this ESC as I have two boats using this set up. ( not particularly MiniMono).
    Good Luck!
BTW, there is thread by MAMBA 2200 , you go to AQ MiniMono and do a search. He has a very good set up.
Too many boats, not enough time...

I have an Aquacraft 20A that I pulled out of a Minimono and used it to test "Water Resist". I abused it pretty good, but it kept working. I later ran it again in the Minimono with no issues. I also have a Mystery 30A that I was going to water cool but never needed it. I think the Seaking is a better ESC, but if want these you can have them both.

If kwolters isn't interested in your esc's i am. I could use them for backups for my bby racing micro patriot and a new micro hydro im working on.

The Minimono is not a big Boat , and will probably get a bit out of hand and difficult to control if overpowered. In stock form, it is somewhat limited in terms of upgrades - it has an "outrunner" motor with very limited water cooling which will prevent you going too wild in terms of more cells or bigger props, along with a very basic/ low cost ESC and a thin "wire drive" prop shaft. Therefore you should really treat it as a "training" boat and not sink too much money into it - save that for your "next" boat.

                  Regards,
                  Berry

I disagree. The water cooling system could use some updating but for the price of these lil mystery outrunners and spedos. I don't see any reason no to upgrade a minimono and make it a lil rocket ship. Ive got a bby racing micro patriot doing roughly 25-30 mph on a mystery 3000kv motor and a mystery 30amp spedo. on 2s 2c 2000mah. I get roughly 6-8 min run times. And its only a 12.5 in boat.
