Mhz Monte Carlo Evo motor

I been looking for a mini self righting mono. I have found this Mhz Monte Carlo Evo with a "flood channel wall". I was wondering if a 380l feigao on 3s would push a 19 inch boat to the 30s or should i use the brushed "Viper 600 race motor".

I am pretty sure it would hit in the 30s with the right set up. What kv are you thinking?
