I have bought quite a few used r/c products in my time. Some from here, RCU, Ebay and others. I have noticed that most of the boating gear I buy pre-owned comes from a smoker. I have no problem with this really, being an ex-smoker myself. It did make me curious though. How many of my fellow FE boat tinkerers are smokers? Ex-smokers and non-smokers? Do you smoke while building? While driving your rig? While waiting for your lipos to charge? Anyhow, some input may be fun and informative.

I'll put my hand up ! I smoke, a lot. I roll my own with the slim filters so I guess they are about 1/2 the size of a regular ciggie.
I do not smoke in the house at all or in my car when my wife and daughter are in there.
I deffo smoke while boating.
This is not a smoker bashing thread so if you have to say it thenSee it....find the photos.....sketch it it....build it........with woodComment

I smoked from 15 years old until I was 40.....2 packs a day at the end and none of those tampax things on the end...the highest tar and nicotine were the best. The smartest thing I did was quit..smoke free for over 20 years
