just wanted everyone to know the guy that runs this company is the man, i wrote him an e-mail just to know about a certain connector i need, and i get a phone call 2 minutes later and its him, and the connector i need is discontinued, he has one left and is sending it to me for free and will adapt to the connector i just bought from him a week ago that i thought would work

I've sent him email at 11:30 pacific time and gotten a response a few minutes later. And keep in mind that this is not his day job!!

Always make sure he knows your are a boat guy too. He likes knowing where the business is coming from.

I have delt with Pat for a while now and he is fantastic. Its guys like him that make this hobby easyer to deal with. Every time i call him he knows i smoked something and he just laughs. For real....first time buying from him, got my batts in today...i ordered 2, but i was sent 3...i thought it was an accident, but on the receipt it explains that although the site showed there were only two packs left, he had a third one left, so he sent it to me free of charge....

If thats not generosity, then i dont know what is...Ill be sure to send him a email thanking him....might as well tell him about the boat the batts are going into as well (as Bill-SOCAL suggested)

I really hope that he still made a few bucks on this deal...you would think that adding in another pack for free would depreciate what ever money he did make....
