i ordered a 4s1p 25c lipo from them on monday. i paid the extra money for 3-5 day delivery. iv been following the tracking they gave me and it said its at us customs for inspection as of july 30th and it has not updated since. the pack still isnt here. and its been 7 days. has anyone had these issues or do you think im just being way impatient. i just want to run my boat!!! lol

unshure how customs work in the US. but i dont think you can blaim hobbyking for customs taking thair sweet time.

You are being impatient. US Customs can take a couple of days sometimes. You probably paid for EMS shipping, right? I use it all the time. I have had delivery in as little as 4 days and as long as 2 weeks. Hang in there!

if it is the US customs that has it then UH cannot be held as guilty (how can they control the customs?), there was a weekend in between there, I am sure they don't work as fast.
When I need something pronto, I make sure there is not a weekend in the middle to make things slower...

i ordered on a monday hoping itd b here by the weekend. its still not here. i guess ill just keep waitin. i ran my sv on 12 cells with a cf48 and i love it but the motor got so hot it burned the pack. i found out there was resin in the brass coupler on top the rudder so it wasnt flowing water. fixed it and ran it on 6 cells and it cools prefect now. i just wanna see this this on lipo!!

i orderd 20pair of 5.5 bullets from hobby king and waited 3 weeks for them to arrive, i just put it down to being an overseas order.

just so you guys know..it takes HC about one week to process your paypal order before it ever ships...its the only thing I dont like about HC..other than that shipping is failey decent

When I ordered EMS shipping I got it in 6 days from date ordered.

every order i have made with paypal takes a week to process...I have no idea why...I have the funds in my account....its the only place i have this problem

If they are stuck in customs they can sit there for a while before they clear. I had a heli that I shipped to Quebec get stuck in customs for almost 1 month before they finally released it. That buyer was so pissed at me he threatened my life !!

Only had good deals with HC, had two orders there last month, first was placed on Tuesday night and recived it on Thursday morning.

Second order was placed on Monday morning and was recived on Thursday morning.
Both shipped with EMS

So all in all i'm very happy with HC, all orders was delived in less then 4 days from HK to Norway.
