OSE response time to customer?

Hi guys. I bought a Feigao 580 motor, and would like to get a water cooling jacket for it too. However, it has been out of stock for who knows how long now. I send them emails two weeks ago to see if it will be instock anytime soon, and got no response.

Hell go get 3' of KS alum tubing 5/32 and wrap you one real quick. Better than nothing and actually cools pretty well. It is all we used for years.

Not sure about Steven but I know I get tons of e-mails from all over the dang world....very time consuming as many want answers and no product. We both try to help but some don't even make sense because of language issues.

I can only imagine Steven is just bombed with 10 times more than I get.

I am sure he will see this and get with you.

If you sent an email, we replied to it. Like the site says
"If we don't answer your Email within a business day, please resend it!
We respond to every email ASAP!"

580 jackets are still a 1-2 weeks from being done.

I get bombarded with jokes , mount questions , boat questions , spam and what not . very easy to delete one by accident and a lot of time to get to them all . I probably get 10% what Steven gets so I can see that being a huge time commitment

I had to resort to using email with spam blocker.
It does pick up and remove some real emails. But I have to use it. My email addresses are getting 500 plus spams a day now. If I had to manually go and check each email I would probably delete more emails manually myself than the spam software.

Steven, you get 500 plus spams a day you have my true sympathy. I may get 2 a day. I use the old fuddy duddy AOL and it seems to work as far as spam is concerned. I am also dillgent on using Spybot and many other security measurers
