What use are you looking for - sport running, racing, GPS/SAW? A very good hull for that setup is the Aeromarine Titan 29. It rocks on the BJ system if set up correctly, and it's big enough and versatile enough to handle rougher water and higher speeds than smaller boats can.

Fullers inline hardware would be fine for sport running.

Some other hulls would be the Delta Force 26, or a No-Step 2

I just got back from the Lake running my BJ26 powered Titan 29 it's such a great boat. I've been running it 3 days straight after work! I don't think the hull needs any more power I'm totally pleased and don't think you could go wrong if you picked it up.

You will like it much better than the Blackjack hull. Only downside to it that I can think of is the hatch is a pain in the neck to tape up because of it's shape. Now I gotta find a hull for my SV27 electronics!

It is very easy to make a sub-hatch for the Titan out of light ply or lexan. Then you can tape up the flat sub-hatch and just stick the scale hatch on with a couple pieces of tape. Remember to add enough floatation to the scale hatch!

Thanks for the pic. That will motivate me to go to the craft store tomorrow and pick up some wood that I need anyways!
