    Etti power analyzer

Hi all, am having problems with my Etti analyzer . Works ok on the box at the lake but does not download to the graph software on my laptop. It comes up with an error. I think the driver has not in stalled properly but for the life of me I can not find on vista how to delete the driver, not the v.6.2.8 software but the driver. HELP

You have a comm port conflict. Try the debug button in the error window and then F5 or F8?

You can try here for answers as well ...

Mate there is no debug button! I have installed on another computer and did it by the book, all looks good until you go to down load to the computer and then the same error.

I don't have vista and went by what I found on the web. Do both computers have vista as I have heard about many things that won't work on vista.

Your best solution is to write Dee at ETTI. Doubt anyone here can help you. I would not mess with the PC until you talk with him.
