Any RC Boaters in Chicago Suburbs?

I live in Elk Grove Village, near O'Hare airport. I'm looking for a local club which may organize races etc. Anyone out there?

Uhh well I am about 1 1/2 hour away but doesnt look like we have a club. there was one running about 30 minutes north of us here. so 2 hour drive and you could be runnin with them. Maybe they will post on here

If you have not already, stop by the local hobby shops to find out if there are people that drive RC boats.
