I´m think about to change the motor to feigao 8xl but which esc is good for that motor? I use rhino 4900 2s 20C(30C burst) batterys. Are those batterys too weak??

It depends on how you prop it. With a small enough prop the theoretical 98 amps the cells would supply will be okay - the problem is that some cells just do not match their rating. With the low burst value of your packs I would be a bit concerned about those cells. The stock ESC is another potential fire-starter with the 8XL. But again, propped right you may be fine.

I agree with fluid but IMHO you'll be fine so long as you stay around a X440 or X442 prop. I have heard some say they have good look with the Rhino packs. My biggest problem with the batteries from Hobby City is that you don't know from one order to the next what cells (manufacturer) they are really using as they are always shopping for the lowest price, not the best quality. They have to keep their selling price down for us cheap Americans. Personally, I prefer to stick with known name brand batteries. They cost more, but I rarely have a bad cell and with proper care and feeding they last me a long time. Early on, I bought some of the 'cheap' Chinese packs. None of them lasted very long. My more expensive brands are still tickin'Mini Cat Racing USA

I'm still having great success with these. They don't even get tepid on the 8XL wiith an X642 on 4s. That's in a 32" cat'
I've had it in a 25" mono on 4s with an X642 & X645 prop & again, not even warm.
Have to do your own watercooling plate though.

I make my own from 6mm aluminium.
Here's a couple of pics of one for a brushed ESC but the idea is exactly the same for brushless. Just replace the finned plate with the water cooling plate & reshrink.
Drill the holes as shown by the pencil lines, bung the cross drilled hole, add the tubes, & attatch to ESC fet board using heat transfer paste & a dab of epoxy on the corners. Reshrink.See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!

Sorry mate, I can't answer that as I use a 4 channel stick radio.
Someone will answer that for sure. I know that Ozzie crawl has a couple of the ESCs. He should be able to help.
Cheers.
