Remote going in reverse help !!!!!

IM GOING KRAZY WITH MY REMOTE!!!!!!

I had a boat running perfect. I have been fidiling with another boat as all can see on other thread and took the ESC out of the original boat to test the other.
Now that i have placed all the equipment back into the original boat i have the control only runing in reverse.

WHAT DID I DO WRONG. i have checked the crystal, i have checked the reversing on the remote. and it will only run when i do reverse throttle

If this is a brushless motor, switch any two of the three wires that go from the ESC to the motor.

switch any two wires position on the motor side, for instance:

if the wires were 1, 2, 3
go for,
1, 3, 2

That will reverse the directions of the motor, if the steering servo is reversed just switch it on the remote control.

... and it will only run when i do reverse throttle...

Now I'm confused. It will not run when you squeeze the throttle, only when you push forward on the trigger? That is a radio/ESC problem, not a motor problem. What transmitter do you have? What ESC? You may have to re-bind/program the ESC and the transmitter together again.

I FOUND IT

i had another exact remote changed the crystal and we are off to the races, perfect running boat

i will be popping open the remote tomorrow,

i bet the TRIGGER is not in the correct position in the remote.
