3blade props

A few weeks ago I tested some 3 blade props on a LSH hydro 12 cells SS1 and the boat would not even get up on plane, is this a result of not enough rpm or what? I am curious to know as these props were tested on 2 hulls with the same results. Doozie can you post what the props were, i know one was a V937/3 but i cant remember the others.
