Thrust bearings, do I need them?

I'll be powering my boats with two 6s30C 2650 packs (6s2p) on a fiegao 13xl.
Probably means they are going to be pretty powerful.
Do I need to use thrust bearings?

I'm guessing the answer is: "yes, if I want the motor bearings to live"

5 cars, 9 trucks, 2 scale, 1 crawler, 2 boats, 8 helis, 3 planes, 1 jet, a hydralic endloader, and that’s just the ones that are rtr or nearly so, not even counting the ones in a bucket, ugh, I got it bad.

I wouldn't run any motor without them.

The Tamiya 5mm thrust bearing fits perfectly against end plate of the Fiegao XL motor. Steve sells this Tamiya thrust bearing.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away. I asked the question "How do you guys lubricate your thrust bearings?" There were a few good answers. But just for the new guys who don't know how to use the "search" function, How do you lube your bearings?
