43" mono powering

I have an 43" Aeromarine Challenger it is set-up for a 23cc Zenoah but i already have a running gasser and would like to try to convert this hull to electric but need a few suggestions on how to power a boat of this size....batteries,motor and esc also should I continue to use the 1/4" drive line.I was going to sell it but I just thought it would be cool to set up an electric boat this size. Thanks
