Nice! I look at this daily from my desk. It makes up for it's lack in color/liveliness with the memories I've shared with my Dad/siblings there.

I'll be there in June '10. Working on a 36' Hunter to charter for a week. I miss that place.

Nope, haven't. Did almost occasionally nail one when I used to run my old Twinstorm inside the marina ! The big ones are pretty cantankerous & are a protected species, so don't tell !

Did you know a seal has just about more rights than us. If you even get caught messing with one you will end up serveing time for that.

It's 50 miles north of you and it is the most scary thing on earth and I was 22 at the time. 600 foot cave with a dog leg and no light after that bend, opens to a large room with sea lions everywhere yelling, we had 2 flashlights and were in an 8 foot dingy, The tidal surge pushed us into this room and the noise was deafening. It was all we could do to get out and as we did we heard splashing from them jumping off of their perches and rowed as fast as my brother could with us yelling at him to go faster. For a good rush, It"s mid island but you anchor in kelp so have at least 2
