Exactly ... I picked this one up at Ollie's for $20.00. It does get hot so I need a liner of some sort that can transfer heat without burning the shrink off the lipo's. Paddy was the one that had the idea first as far as I know.

You know what the problem is..this boat broke my ass from day one because it did not have enough AOA on the sponsons . It took 50 crashes to figure out the right angle. By then the boat was a 1/2 pound heavier from all the fiberglass repair and i thought it was done . But somehow i stumbled on the perfect angle and the boat was incredible. Stuck to the water like glue and would just go faster and faster with every little tweak. I think i screwed up by sanding clean some of the fiberglass mess underneath, nothing crazy just made it look better.. and now i lost it, i changed something that made a huge difference but i really did nothing in my opinion. Boat ran consistant 84-85 mph and now cant stay on water past 60-65.this is a vid at 80 only and worked perfect...till the wave it hit.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YvLAGyd3GuU
