    Water cooling

    Hi,

Wonder if anyone can help me?

I have a cat with water cooling inlets on the underside of the hull. I've taken the boat out a few times and it seems to be getting hot and there doesn't seem to be much water in the tubes. Also noticed that the pick up isn't smooth against the hull bottom, not sure if this could be causing the lack of water getting in.

The tubes run from the pick up to the esc, then onto the motor.

Has anyone used these before and if so any recommendations on how i can increase the water intake.

    Thanks

    Matt

Please take a few pictures of your boat and the water pick ups.
Normaly I would say that a water pick up in the sponson should work but given the design and position it could easily not work.

id run a prop wash pickup. use a brass tube to reach around to behind the prop. these are good because they dont need to be planed out to pick up water and they have verry little drag
