    Hitting the water.

    Hey guys,
After some very stressfull and trying weeks things are ok. I am still not going to be the forum hound I used to be. I do how ever have the desire to hit the work bench and lakes again. I am still spending all of my time where it counts when I can. But I will have a couple hours a night this comming week to start getting the Cat in running trim. Tomorrow while the Mrs's is sleeping I am talking the SV out for some tests with the new power system. I will have footage uploaded in the evening.

Weather is no good today guys. Heavy winds and forcasted sever thunder storms will keep the boat on the shelf for a bit longer. I am going to tinker with the jolly this afternoon :).

personally i would try not to burn anything up in the jolly its to nice a boat to make it smelly! 3 of my boats have scorch marks in them (3 motors 2 esc) and it drives me nuts

I wouldent dream of risking the jolly. Any testing of props in that hull will be short bursts with the dpr installed and temp checks every 30 seconds. I will not be able to aford another hull like this for a long time. She is my baby. Now the SV hull is a throw away. Ill burn that thing up and stomp it....LOL. It will give me the excuse to buy an Areromarine Rio hull. Problem is I don't have build time to do a Rio the way I want. I would be 5 to 7 months with a build like that. I only limited time now.
