Steve Elais from Renegade Riggers is the BEST

I had the privilege of working with Steve on my latest boat endeavor. He sold me one of his Renegade riggers that he built and used as a prototype, and it instantly became my favorite boat. This boat simply screams across the water. On her second trip to the lake, there was a local RC club there, lots of boats in the water. I struck another boat with the left sponson, shattering one of the carbon fiber sponson booms. What she hit was one of those mahogany runabout RC boats. I destroyed the renegade, The hull was comprimised in 3 places one sponson was cracked, and don't forget about the broken CF Boom. Considering all that damage, she still was afloat, and returned to me under her own power. I called Steve to find out my options, He asked me to ship the boat back to him so that he can evaluate the damage first hand. I did. I just got the boat back today, and it's completely repaired. :D
That's what I call customer service!

The renegade is still my favorite boat! That's why my former fav, the SV27, was parted out and given to Saleen7.
