coupler set screw size ??

I need to replace a couple of my set screws on motor to flex couplers (purchased from OSE) and can't seem to figure out which size is used. I'm assuming metric and know it's not M4 as I have some and they're too large but beyond that I'm mystified

I think Steve has those made by someone in the states so I would assume not metric

the allen key that fits mine is 1/16
