Need help with a 45amp Aquacraft esc.

I bought an Aquacraft 45amp ESC from O.S.E. and have installed it in my blackjack 26 but it won't power up the motor for some weird reason. Here is what is in the boat now and what I have done to try to remedy this problem.

Brand new BJ 26 1500kv motor
Brand new Aquacraft sv27 ESC w/bec
Brand new JR FM Rx
2 Trak Power 4900 2s lipo's
Futaba S9452 digital servo

I've checked out the batteries and they both discharge, charge and balance correctly. The servo was checked on a spectrum system that I know works (but is not the problem) the motor and esc are brand new from O.S.E. and the radio is a brand new never used FM radio from my Blackjack 55. The servo works perfectly fine and the esc once powered up beeps at me until I press the throttle and hold it until another beep occurs. After this there it does beep once in a while (again until pull the throttle). Is there supposed to be a setup for this? The original BJ ESC would beep 5-6 times before it would stop and initialize.

Set your throttle trims to max, that usually solves the problem.

nope nothing happened. Same problem still exists. I also have a second brand new ESC and I tried that one as well and nothing changed. The same problem persists with both ESC's.

Ok, I have tried the FM Rx and now the Spectrum. with both esc's in the servo and throttle positions and two different motors with all combinations possible. I seriously can't think of anything else that might be wrong. I can only think that it is the Aquacraft esc's as I have even tried ni-mh cells.

I have to dial in neg throttle trim to get my esc's(AC & castle) to arm w/ my futaba radio. mayhap you need to as well?

As others have mentioned sounds like a EPA adjustment issue. There should be another "beep" at the neutral point of the trigger. I would continue to make adjustments to your end point for the thottle.

I have the epa at +125% on the throttle. Is there a dumb possibility that they are duds???
