balancer question

ill be buying this balancer to charge lipos on my triton charger

but it says its only good for batts wired for balancing...how will i know if a batt is wired for balancing..

are the seperate wires that come out of a lipo all connected to a white plug used for balancing? does this mean any lipo that has this feature is meant for balancing?

Yes the seperate wires coming out are meant for balancing. Unfortunatly not all the batteries have the same balancing connectors so it is specific to the manufacture. If you plan on charging at more than 3A I would look at the hyperion balancers. I am very satisfied with them. With the balancer you linked to you need an adapter when charging at 3A or more.
