    I need to vent!
I mailed the motor to them on Monday June 1 they recieved it Wednesday June 3 tracking info said so. I didn't get an email from them saying they recieved until Monday June 8. Ok I'm not mad at this point. I emailed them on June 15 and asked for a status. Still no word to this day. I called them June 16 and they said the motor was going to be replaced but there was none instock. He also said they had some on order and they should have them in a week or so. So here it is June 29 no word and no official answer to my email sent on June 15. I tried to call today and no answer on the phone either. Is it just me or do I find I'm getting screwed? I only had the motor maybe a week and one weekend of testing. I really wished I would of ordered a NEU motor!

Ok here we are 2 months later and still no motor and Medusa still saying the samething. When they come in one has your name. I've been hearing this for 2 months now. I also see they changed there website. No more 2 year warranty and it says all sales are final. It used to has a 30 day return and 2 year warranty. Does this seem strange to anyone?

Interesting. Medusa's web site says they are OUT OF BUSINESS. I'm surprised you are getting any kind of response.

All Medusa motors are now for last buy only. We lost a high performance motor with reasonable prices.

I really like their motors and the prices were great.

I guess not enough motors sold to keep 'em alive. Everybody buying from Hobby City. Shame.
