    Kyosho Sunstorm 600 Newbie

Hello, I'm new to the big boating scene but I have had my Kyosho Sunstorm 600 for about 3 years now. 2 years ago, the hull managed to crack as the wind blew it when it was stopped next to a dock. The end of last summer, I finally patched the crack up with some JB Weld, and it seems to be leaking slightly, still.

I am not a fan of restricted the hull is, where it is hard to access the battery. I also read on a YouTube video that the hull also reaches its max speed at around 15 MPH or so, which is pathetic to me. I was running last weekend with a dead Team Orion Rocketpack 2400 NiCd and the boat was already hopping out of the water with barely any control at full throttle.

I'm currently thinking about getting a new hull, but am not sure whether to go back to stock or to go another route. I would go with the Delta Force 26 since it won't hurt me so much in the wallet, but would a swap like this be straight forward?
