540-12S- 2950kv Good for ???

Scott (ozzie-crawl) has offered me a good price on a 12S motor.
I have run a few scenarios on FECalc and found some interesting data.

What I would like to know is what size mono and prop this would suit and would 4s lipo power be ok.

About 21" max, 2S/3S and X427/430....IMO
