Can I mount the speedo on top the batteries???

Another question to expose my inexperience with FE setups…

Is there any issue with mounting (velcro’ing) the Speed control on top of the batteries? I know many of you used to mount the controller on top the motor. The Hydra 240 LV is a hog, and I am in a really tight space. This going in my Vac-U-Pickle.

Ok, I saw Hv instead of LV on your post, must have been too early.LOL
Use the G-10 like they have suggested on RR. You may have to use a large RX pack right at the tramsom (or add weight) to get the CG right.

Good luck with her and have fun!!

Set the CG right where the sponson webs merge back into the hull.
Once you get it set and are happy with the boats attitude, mark the location of the cells on the hatch opening, that way it will be perfect every time.
