    data logging

I just got my (eagle tree) data logger and went to hook it up and was wondering if someone might be so kind as to photograph how they have set theirs up. I am interested in capturing draw/load to help me with experiencing a little less unmagic smoke (never liked calling it magic, its very un magical - maybe if there were sparks too then maybe magical). The manual is not exactly explicit enough for me, maybe someone who has this guy figured out might post a pretty picture.

I am thinking I need a y harness to go from the ESC, to both the logger and the rx. Is this all I do? then if so, do I hook it up to Trott or RPM? I ain't measurin RPMs yet, just want draw.

    Thanks

good call, thanks. Just tried it on my car and it scrambled my radio, but I got a graph and see that with that set up I hit over 100 amps draw! Can't wait to get it in my boat and see what kind of craziness I am into!
          cheers

depending on witch logger you have but there are many optional sensor that can be added to the wiring, optical rpm, magnet rpm, temp, servo input signal, GPS...
I guess (I should have asked before!!!) you have the Micro Logger (V3)...
            That's THE TOOL!
