Offshore Electrics is now Offshore Electrics Inc.

Some of you have noticed that my emails now contain a new signature with the "Inc" added to Offshore Electrics, and had some concerns. As of January 1st 2009 I have incorporated. I felt this is the best way to make the step towards selling Lipo items, including batteries.

So to calm some customer fears that I have sold out, its still me that owns the company 100%, just a formality.

Very nice Steven! We all love the limited liability protection this way.

Have I purchased enough over the year to have stock in OSE, Inc.?

      Stock, LOL! You're funny calcagno.

Congratulations Steven. I'm glad to see you've removed your basement from the list of assets related to the company LOL

=> looking forward to seeing more products offered and the continuation of support found no where else.

Hey, good for you Steven! Does that mean you are expanding your product line to cater to large 1/8 scale boat electrics? If so, OSE INC. will be my one stop shop for all my FE boating parts.

This is what really caught my eye. I'm sure you have some quality, hopefully economical, packs in mind. But I'll throw this out there anyways. Since you are a dealer for Neu already, how about some of the NeuEnergy packs. I've heard good all around on these, and there price is not bad either.

Just my suggestion. And I hope 2009 is a much better year than the end of 2008 for you and everyone else!

Meniscus my wife is a wonderful person. I can never complain about her. I just like to joke every once in a while.

calcagno45, I will probably end up selling ThunderPower and PolyRc. I have been working with Pat from RcLipos for a few years now. Pat is extremely easy to work with, so it makes the choice an easy one.
