anyone know if the quantam 36-70 would have anough tourque on 16-18 cells to be run throught a gearbox to put out rpms in the high 20K's and still have enough tourque to run atleast a 40mm carbon prop?

In either of those two boats I would personally attempt to overdrive it, IF it was my only motor and I didnt mind if it blew. But first I would run in 1/1 to see how it handles it.Steven Vaccaro
