Be Aware - Postage Rates Have Changed!!

    Guys,

Just a quick warning... The postage rates for Priority Mail have DRASTICALLY CHANGED!!

    I shipped out a couple of boats today, and I did the postage last night online... One package (37 x 12 x 12 @ 6lbs 5oz) came up at $16.65 last night... and the other (26 x 14 x 5.5 @ 3lbs 5oz) can up at $10.65...

Today.... The first package was $32.00 and the second was over $20.00!!!

I really took it in the shorts on those two... so DON'T LET THAT HAPPEN TO YOU!!

They now go by volume more than weight... Shipping things is going to be WAY more expensive, so DON'T blame OSE if Steven has to charge a little more for bigger items... You can just blame Bush... like everyone seems to do for everything else...

I shipped a hull this week too, price for priority has doubled! I'll keep that in mind in the future.

They have flat rate boxes that may keep the cost down..you fill them up with lead and they still cost the same to ship. :-)
:p What go faster that's what I like to do!

Tough to fit a 33" P-Mono hull in one of those!

I'm still pissed... went from $16.00 to $32.00.... I really took it in the wallet on that one... I hate that!

Priority is usually 2-3 days for larger hulls. Know for the same price or less we can use UPS ground 3 day service and have better tracking.

They are also porking the overseas people. They used to have a small priority envelope that we could ship for about $6. They ditched that and only have the larger one for $11.00. We could also ship airmail pretty cheap. They got rid of that. Now first class is almost the same cost and priority international.
