CC HV240 timing question

Hi all,
Ok, i have been read alot of threat about CC timing, here are my final questions
1) People recomended use "Normal" timing on Y wind, is it even beter for motor, esc and lipo if i use "low" timing on Y wind or its bad for ... anything?
2) will my lipo getting cooler with lower timing?
3) how many people here using "high" timing setting on Y wind and how the diff in speed and heat?

I use low timing for a 1512 1.5D, but it is a D motor and its a amp hog, I have the CC240, my motor ESC and Lipos all run normal temps. Call Castle they are great on the phone.
