    Kv rating on SV27 motor??

Does anyone know what the Kv rating on the SV27 motor is. I could not find any contact info on Aquacrafts webpage.

I think its closer to 1800. Aquacraft is tight lipped on the specs.

I'm 99% certain that these are the specs:

        Stock No.: GPMG5315
        Motor Dia. (mm): 36
        Motor Length (mm): 56
        Shaft Dia. (mm): 5
        Shaft Length (mm): 15
        RPM/V (kV Rating): 1800
        Weight: 10.0 oz. (283 g)
        Suggested Prop Size: 10x7E - 18x10E
        Input Voltage: 14.8-22.2
        Max Constant Current (amps): 50
        Max Constant Watts: 1110
        Max Surge Current (amps): 90
        Max Surge Watts: 2000
        No Load Current (amps): 1.9
        Electrical Connector Size: 4 mm

I have the specs for their other motors as well... there are 3 in the 56-series motors (36-56); one is 1200KV, one is 1800KV, and the third is 2600KV... The 1800KV one is shown above, and is the one that makes the most sense, given this boats performance and 45-amp ESC...

Its the logical assumption. What gets me is why did they use male connectors on the sv motor and female connectors on the ammo motors?

Will the SV motor really handle 22.2 volts ??

At 22v its about 40k rpm. Most bl motors are good for that or better these days.

Let me know Please:) how it holds up, I've got 4, 5000Mah 5S's being delivered soon for my V-24 mod and I would love to be able to use them with my Llumar, Blackjack and Super Hawaii as well, after of course , upgrading the speed controllers, I think the Aquacraft ones would die pretty quickly

I think the voltage alone would kill the aqua esc.
