    Loctite 603 going bad?

Has anyone has their 603 retaining compound go bad? I was trying to use my this weekend, but it never seemed to cure. I was using it to bond to pieces of brass tubing together, which I have done in the past successfully. It did start to get "gummy" but never cured.

I had a bottle get bad on me. Also it will not cure if air is present. For instance if you put a dab of it on a desk, it wont get very hard.
