When you cut down the prop did you just do the tip area? I pretty much do the whole leading edge feathering into the tongue area next to the hub and then thin accordingly. If you look at different size props in the same category they maintain the same profile just on a larger/smaller scale.

I just did the tip, and it is 32mm exactly.. I can take some more off, as it acts like maybe it's still too large diameter, pulling the rear of the boat around.. I will try your suggestion. thanks

hookedup: I used epoxy on the stuffing tube to square off the bottom.. seemed to help take all the hop out of the boat.. runs smoother, and kicks the tail quicker.. but then again, I could be all wrong.

So, any more updates all8up? Are you still headed in the right direction?

sorry for the delay.. I've beenbusy trying to get a nitro boat to run... pulling my hair out... I have not cut the prop down anymore yet... the 632 runs very very well. I will try to cut down the 932/3 tonight... and try it soon.. I was also thinking of trying to pitch up a 632, but I hate to try it on my best prop!!! Kerry
