    Boat Modeler Magazine

The magazine isn't gone, it just got moved to a section in RC Car Action magazine! My usual issue arrived today with a new boat section on page 103. No article by Jay Turner---yet anyway.
And a full review on the UL-1, in a car magazine. Oh well it's all we've got I guess.

As soon as I heard that RCBM was going to stop circulation, I ordered Jay Turner's book on FE Boats for the sake of history and reference. That was one month ago, and I still haven't received it...

RCStore can be slow sometimes, but they always deliver. Hang on, it will come.

Actually, sticking a boat review in a car mag might encourage more cross-over.

Yeah but for us older boat guys we won't buy a rc car rag ! If I can't fit inside of a car no need to read about it!

Thanks, Andy. As unusual as the pairing of cars and boats sound, I agree with you that there may be more converts from RC cars into boats.

Isn't Boat Modeler the same mag? Please read very carefully again:

Jay Turner knows whats going on so we need to hear from him. I think it's pretty cool. FE boats and FE cars in one magazine. Nothing wrong with that.

I guess I'm screwed! I subscribed to RC Boat Modeler and only received 2 issues. Goodbye $$$.
