    JB weld or Epoxy

Which is stronger JB weld or 30 minute cure epoxy? What is the best use for each? I am going to be using it to glue the mount to the boat for the motor. There is both wood and metal

If it were glass hull I would go get a little glass matt and resin and glass it in if possible. you would be adding structure as well as making one strong motor mount. and I would almost think doing that you could get the mount out easier if you ever had to for some reason.

        motor mount

I like to epoxy and fiberglass in a thin board with three taper head 6/32's sticking up through it. This way if I want to change the motor type or add a trans, I just bolt in a different mount.
