    Etti & Parallel Batts

Whats the best way to split the leads on the etti 150 for a parallel batt set up with bullet connectors? Since I need 2 for each leg should I solder in a split, or use connectors like the new tips page shows Any advice and or pics will be appreciated.

You do not split anything. You make two Y harness with bullets one for positive and one for negative. You connect the batteries two positives into one and the two negatives into one. This thread has the photos

Those are better, you want to keep the wires as short as possible to keep resistance low.

Both of them won't be able to handle a lot of amps. The Hobbycity one's wires are way too long and thin (looks like 14 gauge) and the OSE one is supposed to be used for two ESC, not two batts to one ESC (?) and Deans can only handle so much amps... Build ones yourself from 5,5mm bullets like Disar mentioned in post #2. The only tricky part is soldering two wires into one bullet. They have to be merged well enough to fit before attempting to insert them into the bullet.
