    brushless ?

    Hi I have the proboat apache 24 (24"cat boat ) I was wondering i have a novak brushless super stock system the motor is the same specs as a good race spec 19 turn brushed motor...so i was wondering if i can put this in my apache boat...and will it work with the stock size prop...or should i go smaller if in fact i could use the novak system in it at all.

    THANKS

      Hi It's this one:
      SS4300 (10.5-turn): This is a 10 1/2 turn brushless motor that provides performance similar to a 19-turn racing stock brushed motor.
      SPECS=
      TURNS=10.5
      WATTS =195
      RPM/Volt=4.200
      I will be runing a 6 cell pack

        i used to have a ABC Fighter 550 boat, its around 22" long mono, i got my old Novak SS5800 and run it with very small props (35-38mm) its get me more than 30mph, its even beter with your lower kv motor (4200kv) you will turn about 31k rpm, i will try x440 to start if i were you, you will love those Novak's realiability, their water flash option really help, just a lil water touch the esc then its will shut it down.
