    Wiring esc to motor?

What's the best way to wire a motor to an esc? I obviously was thinking with deans plugs or just straight direct wire. I don't plan to swap motors or esc on my boat unless something goes.

Bullet connectors are the best for motor to esc. Deans for battery to esc. Solder everything of course:)

      same

If you solder the motor wires straight to the controller, remember you might have to swap two of the leads, if it runs backwards.

What size connectors? I have a 700sc and Jeti 600.

          4mm should be fine.

I usually just connect a brushed motor directly to the ESC and use the bullets on the BL motors.

My 700s are all wired direct to the ESC, no plugs. Make certain that you use polarized plugs between the ESC and the pack or you will blow an ESC sometime.
