kennedyscott. Said he had a friend that had a motor for sale. Messaged me with an email. Had some communication and even a picture sent. Sent money via PayPal goods and services. No more communications from any party. I was also blocked from sending a message to kennedyscott on the forum. SCUMBAGG.

That format is a pretty well known scam setup. Good thing you used paypal goods and services.

That's one of the oldest Nigerian scams around. There is no friend, and that's not his real name. These are massive Nigerian scam centers running this scam for years on any forum with a classified section. Anyone can lift images from the net with a Google search. They dont even know what it is you are asking for or what it does since they are watching for WTB ads on hundreds of different forums at once. They just do a Google search of what you said you are looking for in your WTB ad and hope someone is gullible enough to fall for it and pay them
