I've looked for this hull and cant find it ill keep looking but if there are other possibilities please let me know anyone

The Team Associated SC10 was a RC buggy from the mid 80's. Those are likely just decals, not clues.

to me this looks like a old DPI Leisure sports T plus hydroplane. This is what I can find and anything beyond that is a good guess

My guess too. I haven't seen one on the water in 20 years at least.
