Motor ESC suggestion please

I purchased a used Proboat Recoil 2 with a Bad ESC for my grandson, the new ESC is not available at this time and no back order time frame.
I want to run the boat on 4S can I get suggestions on a motor ESC combo that will work well in this 26in boat, I?m aware that modifications will be necessary to make it fit I would like it to be fast as he?s like me in a lot of ways 😁😁😁

The boat currently has a out-runner motor and 100amp ESC that is blown.

I know it's a slightly more powerful ESC (120A vs 100A, but that's actually better)...consider getting the Spektrum Firma120S Marine ESC. Amain & Horizon Hobby area both out (of ALL Spektrum Firma Marine ESCs)...but, sellers on Amazon have them (at the same price). Best I can tell, it should fit without any mods. The cooling line attachments are on different sides.

I have a Spectrum 120 ESC however from what I’ve read the motor will chatter at high RPM with it.
I need to purchase a motor to pair with the 120 ESC that will go fast.
I have a Dynamite 3650 2200kv out of my Zellos 29 however it’s not running well, I think it’s shot as well so I need a motor what size and KV will work best for a 26 in boat

Dynamite 3831 2000kv
SSS 3660 2070kv

The dynamite is considered the best.
