without buying a new hull and rebuilding what you currently have, i would suggest the following mods ( for sporting around ).
see attached photo of your set-up.

thanks Robby76, I'll follow you regardind the water pick-up, we already have removed the water pick-up and mounted two spray pick-up, now she goes strigh so I guess that was an enormous mistake, those pick-up were certainly the cause for not going straight because generating turbulences in front of props!

Next step...
We are going to go for brushless on this big baby, I was first thinking of 2x12XL under 12 to 14 cells, knowing that we have very few choice on the prop size, we have in stock Graupner carbone 45 and 51 contra, don't want to go for Octura or other expensive one!
Would the new KB45XL be better with these props? not too small props?
Actual setup is 2x700TurboC9,6V 12 cells so KV is around 1520 so KB45-8XL or 9XL, as 9XL has more torque but smaller KV than 700's, it shouldn't drain too much amp and provide more thrust under 12 cells?...
...but what will be the amp draw then?
Do we have the specs for these motor Steven?

the goo thing made of ABS and acetone is just fantastic!!!
we've started to repair the baby today and that thing is great! it's like welding, I apply the goo with a serynge and a needle, I have special fluid dispensing needles so I can apply eigther thin or thick goo, just use different needle size and shape, it's great!!!
when repaired we'll post video of the cat, and then we'll modify the yellow one too! :)

Stock Water Pickup Removal

I've got a admiral also and I'd like to go to spray pickup's. How did you remove the stock pickup's? I got this boat to take fishing line's out to where I couldn't cast. Now I've got a ESC, Rudder and Radio system on the way. I'm a newbie so please go easy on me.

Not real good, the RCSmart ESC i bought off ebay smoked as soon as i hit the trigger.

Here's a video of the baby!
Don't know how fast she was going but we moved the COG a very little in the back, that was somehow not a good idea, the cat was going faster than ever for sure but became unstable as you'll see on that video!!!
The really bad thing is that later after this run, during another one, the boat blew over (I have no idea of the reason why she did, I was preparing my boat for a run) and slowly sink
The worst is that as soon as the ESC got under water, motors started to run full throttle, so the cat was upside down and for any reason, was turning around
My brother in law did swim and dangerously rescued the "Upside Down Turning Around Cat" see him here

Once you've gotten such a relative narrow hull this fast, you'll have to adapt your driving accordingly, or it will flip in tight corners...
Limiting the rudderthrow is a good start, developing a sensitive throttle finger is a second.

From the way the boat is driven, I can tell the driver still needs a lot of practice and the boat more fine tuning.

Tell your brother in law, a dutch mono1 champion tells him to stop driving 'comme un fou'...

(don't do it! You might spoil his fun in boating, let him find out for himself that swimming after a boat loses it's appeal after he's been hit by a running prop a few times...)

Seriously, you'll need to install a power cut-off cable, so you can 'defuse' the boat when it needs to be recued.

If you join a club, or race your boat, it's a must, if only for your own safety.

That's a good point! a power cut-off cable is something I've seen a many picture but never really though it could be usefull to us as we're not racing, not even in a club!
