      Don't try that at home

      That's a good example of how NOT to set up a 33"hull.
      That hull and motor is better suited for 4s. Hopefully he will get real before he breaks the boat or lets the smoke out.:rolleyes:

            He is running a 2240-8 (1850 kv) on 6s1p.

                    To give you an idea,

                    We are putting 2200kv motors on 33" hulls on 4s1p and pulling 108 amps in the straights. That is a pretty hot setup by most peoples standards and we have more power that we can put on the water.

                      It's too hot for oval or sport running, but I think you could get by with that in a 38" mono in SAWs.

                        Cool find. A bit over powered I would have to say.

                        I built a couple of tritons with Lehner 2250/10 turns. They were rockets on 18 cells and high pitch props.
