Look into a local sign shop. The custom stickers I use are created by a member of our club that owns a sign shop. I give him the design, size, etc. Week later, they be ready.

If you have an inkjet printer you can make your own stickers with Avery Sticker Project Paper (available on Amazon). Cut and paste the image, logo, whatever to a Word Doc, size it to your needs, and print it out. Let the ink dry for an hour then spray clear coat over the stickers to make them waterproof. In fact I liked the Lucas Oil image you provided so much that I cut and pasted it to a Word Doc to print later on. Hope this helps.
