Dynamite 3674 Bearings (DYNM3915)?

Hi Guys, I could use some assistance please. My Sonicwake oem motor (DYNM3915) front bearing is going bad and before significant damage I want to replace them both. They are stamped NMB R1350zz, using a magnifying glass for my old eyes. That comes back to a 5x13x4 bearing. OSE is out of stock on it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
