Rebuilding the twin cat stuffing tubes,steering servo rod and servo mount and I started thinking.....
What does the rudder placement effect as far as distance from the transom? Distance in front of or behind the prop? Also this type I believe is the old school Prather stainless thin 40% pivot point rudder blade. I would think that the thinner profile would be less drag which should be good. I'm not so sure about the physics of the pivot point though. Any feedback from some experts?
